N,N-Bis(2-chloroethyl)carbamoyl chloride, which also named Carbamic chloride, bis(2-chloroethyl)- and Bis(2-chloroethyl)carbamoyl chloride, can be obtained by the reaction of nitrogen mustard and phosgene. It may cause sensitization by skin contact so that you should wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection.
