D-Leucine is mainly used as the leucine protecting agent in the new broad spectrum antibiotic, the D-Leucine and polypeptide synthetic process. In the pharmaceutical industry, it is used as the chiral source for the chiral synthesis. D-Leucine is a kind of important organic chiral source. It is mainly applied in the chiral medicine, chiral additive, chiral auxiliary and so on domains. D-Leucine is white powder with smell-less, slight bitter taste. Now the D-Leucine's massive production just solved the problem and has promoted our domestic pharmaceutical industry's development.
