What's more, yogurt--the derived product of milk, can enhance the function of immune system, prevent the growth of tumor cells, activate the protease, increase the function of digestive system, and improve the absorption of the minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, and iron by human body.

Fourth, egg
Egg contains plenty of quality protein, with 12.7 grams of protein in every 100 grams of egg. What's more, egg is especially rich in methionine, while grains and legumes all lack of this kind of amino acid essential to human body.

Fifth, sunflower seeds

What's more, sunflower seeds are rich in iron, zinc, potassium, magnesium and other trace elements, which is beneficial to the development of the brain.

Sixth, banana
Banana contains phosphorus, which is known as the "salt of wisdom". In addition, it is also the best source of tryptophan, vitamin B6, and dietary fiber. When children suffer from irregular bowel movements or constipation, they can eat a banana every day, which can relieve these symptoms.
