What's more, yogurt--the derived product of milk, can enhance the function of immune system, prevent the growth of tumor cells, activate the protease, increase the function of digestive system, and improve the absorption of the minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, and iron by human body.

Fourth, egg
Egg contains plenty of quality protein, with 12.7 grams of protein in every 100 grams of egg. What's more, egg is especially rich in methionine, while grains and legumes all lack of this kind of amino acid essential to human body.

Fifth, sunflower seeds
Sunflower seeds contain large amounts of linoleic acid and other essential fatty acids, which can promote the regeneration and growth of human cells, and reduce the deposition of cholesterol in the blood. What's more, sunflower seeds are rich in iron, zinc, potassium, magnesium and other trace elements, which is beneficial to the development of the brain.

Sixth, banana
Banana contains phosphorus, which is known as the "salt of wisdom". In addition, it is also the best source of tryptophan, vitamin B6, and dietary fiber. When children suffer from irregular bowel movements or constipation, they can eat a banana every day, which can relieve these symptoms.

Seventh, sesame
Sesame is a kind of high-protein food. The content and nutritional value of protein in sesame can even be compared with egg and meat. Sesame contains eight kinds of amino acids which are essential to the human body but can not be synthesized by the body itself.
