How to Eliminate the Harms from Computer Radiation

In contemporary society, computer has become an indispensable tool in people's work, life and study. It brings great convenience and improvement to us. However, just as every coin has two sides, although computer provides people with a lot of advantages and convenience, in the mean time, it also exerts some adverse effects to us, such as macular skin or allergies, hypoimmunity, some diseases like dizziness, nausea, mental malaise, increased incidence of myopia, and so on.

What we should pay attention to is how to eliminate the harms from computer radiation. The following approaches can help people resolve these troubles caused by computer radiation.

First, improving the working environment. You can put some green plants beside your computer, which can not only effectively absorb the radiation of the computer, but also can release your pressure and make you refreshed. Such plants include cactus, gem flower, sedum, and so on.

Second, drinking plenty of water, and eating more food containing enough Vitamin A, Vitamin C and protein. As for people with hectic and busy life, the simplest way to prevent computer radiation is to drink two to three cups of green tea or eat an orange every morning. Green tea is rich in provitamin A, which can be quickly transformed into Vitamin A after it is absorbed by the body. Vitamin A can synthesize into rhodopsin, which can help us see things more clearly in the dark environment. Therefore, green tea can not only eliminate the harms from computer radiation, but also can protect our eyes. If you are not used to drinking green tea, chrysanthemum tea can be a substitution, as it also has the function of preventing computer radiation and regulating the body.

Third, taking care of your skin. Many women would use make-up base on their face before sitting in front of computer. It can effectively prevent the pollution of computer radiation. After using computer for a long time, there will be a lot of electromagnetic radiation particles absorbed on your face, so you should wash your face immediately. Such a habit can reduce computer radiation by more than 70%.

Fourth, making sure there is enough fresh air in the room. Scientific research has proved that the computer screen will produce a kind of carcinogen called as “brominated dibenzofuran”. Therefore, it is highly recommended that a ventilation fan should be installed in the room.

Last but not the least, taking a short rest during the work. You can listen to some music or take some simple exercise such as walking or stretching, so as to release your work pressure and give you a happy mood.
